How I Help

 

I come alongside the client lead and their team to think through the challenges and collaborate in helping build a plan addressing method, mindset, and motivation. 

Where appropriate can bring industry experts as SME collaborators to aid in helping solve specific challenges. 

Typical engagements range from 6-10 hours a month over a 6 month period. 

At times, a highly interactive offsite workshop is needed to go deeper into a problem with a team.  I can work with the client lead to plan and facilitate such workshops on-site, if desired.

Andy's leadership at Asda saw the company return to growth while improving overall NPS, while at Walmart, he led the design of new Walmart Supercenter prototypes and delivered a new advertising approach to bring an emotional connection back to the brand.
